How to activate or revise your CPF Saving usage for servicing housing loan?
You can activate or revise CPF Saving usage through CPF website using Singpass.
Simply follow these steps:
- Visit CPF Portal via your Singpass.
- Select my cpf, then My requests
- Under Property, select Use CPF for my property.
- Select the address of the property for which CPF savings will be used under Property Details and click Next.
- Select Commence Monthly Instalment to activate CPF Saving usage/Revise Monthly Instalment to revise CPF Saving usage then click Next.
- On the next page Click Start and complete the following:
- Select Financier: HONG LEONG FINANCE LIMITED from the dropdown list
- Input the exact New/Revise monthly instalment amount or input CPF Saving usage amount.
- Select Effective From from the dropdown list.
- Read the Terms & Conditions and select the checkbox to provide your Declaration, Click Next.
- Confirm that the information you have provided is correct and click Submit.
