Registration is easy via the mobile app

Open the HLF Digital app and tap "Apply Now".
Select "HLF Digital (For new customer)" and tap "Premium SAVER Account".
Provide your details using Singpass.
You will receive an email notification once your application is approved.

No. Hong Leong Finance currently waives all fees for customers using FAST.

All Hong Leong Finance Personal Savings accounts (Fixed Savings Account, Premium SAVER Account, Passbook Savings Account) can send and receive funds via FAST.

Please note that Hong Leong Finance Business Current Accounts can only receive funds via FAST at this time.

No. FAST is only for Singapore Dollar (SGD) transfers between participating financial institutions in Singapore.

No. You can only make FAST funds transfers between FAST-participating banks and non-bank financial institutions (NFIs) in Singapore. For a full list of participating organisations, please visit The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) website.

FAST transfers have a maximum limit of S$200,000 per transaction subject to your current personalised daily limit, which may be lower. Learn how to change your personal funds transfer limit.

Local funds transfers above S$200,000 are processed through MAS' Electronic Payment System (MEPS). Please visit a Hong Leong Finance branch for assistance with MEPs transfers. Please refer to our pricing guide for information on any applicable fees.

No. For your security, a 12-hour cooling off period will be applied whenever you add a new payee. You can transfer funds to your new payee after the cooling off period.

No. To pay your Hong Leong Finance loans more conveniently, apply for our Premium SAVER Account and HLF Digital.

Using HLF Digital App

Log in to your HLF account.
Tap the hamburger icon at the top left corner, tap "Transfer", and select "Transaction Limit".
Select your new daily limit, then tap "Next".
Tap "Confirm" to proceed.
Enter your PIN and tap "Submit" to change your funds transfer limit.

Using HLF Digital Web Portal

Log in to your HLF account.
Click "Transfer" on the navigation bar and select "Transaction Limit".
Select your new funds transfer limit and click "Submit".
Check your mobile phone and tap "Approve" to proceed.
Enter your PIN and tap "Submit" to change your funds transfer limit.

Note: For your security, a 12-hour cooling off period will be applied whenever a limit increase is requested. Your new limit increase will take effect after the cooling off period. No cooling off period is applied on limit decrease requests.

On HLF Digital App

Log in to your account.
Tap the "Manage Payee" tile.
Tap the "Bin" icon beside the Payee to be deleted.
Tap "Confirm".
Enter your PIN to delete the Payee.

On HLF Digital Web Portal

Log in to your account.
Click "Transfer" on the navigation bar, then select "Manage Payee".
Click the "Bin" icon beside the Payee to be deleted and click "Confirm".
Check your mobile phone and tap "Approve" to delete the Payee.

No. FAST uses bank account numbers to send money. PayNow uses mobile numbers, NRIC/FIN, UEN, or VPA to send money instead of bank account numbers.

No, PayNow transfer is not available on HLF Digital yet.

We will reply you within 3 business days and do our best to assist you in recovering the funds on your behalf. However, recovery is not guaranteed, hence we encourage your prudency in checking your beneficiary details before transferring any funds.
