The Singapore Governance and Transparency Index (SGTI) is a leading index for assessing corporate governance practices of Singapore-listed companies. The latest results of the SGTI 2023 jointly released by SID, NUS CGS and CPA Australia showed that Hong Leong Finance is among the top 50 Singapore-listed companies out of 474 listed companies.

Hong Leong Finance's (HLF's) excellent overall performance for 2022 has earned itself the top spot in the Best-Performing Banks in Singapore 2023 once again. HLF maintains its reign for three consecutive years since the ranking inception. Hong Leong Finance is proud to be recognised among the top ASEAN Asset Class publicly listed companies in the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard. SGTI 2022, a collaboration between NUS and Business Times, assessed the companies based on their annual reports for Financial Year 2021 released by 31 May 2022.
