[Update] Hong Leong Finance partners HDB on Integrated Housing Loan Application Service

Singapore, 9th May 2023 – Hong Leong Finance (HLF) collaborates with Housing Development Board (HDB) to develop the new project ‘Integrated Housing Loan Application Service’. The new service is rolled out on 9th May 2023 to empower HDB homeowners to apply for an In-Principle Approval from HLF through the HDB Flat Eligibility letter application. This will enable the homeowners to understand their housing loan eligibility. They will also be able to request for a Letter of Offer on HDB Flat Portal to confirm the loan offer for the committed flat purchase.
