Report Suspected Scams, Fraudulent or Unauthorised Transaction

There are 3 ways you can report suspected scams, fraudulent or unauthorised transactions in your account.

1. Contact our 24-hour Customer Service Centre at 6579 6777.
2. Report to us at Scam and Fraud Reporting Form with the following details:
   1. Full Name (as stated in your ID document)
   2. Identification number (last 4 characters)
   3. Contact number
   4. Account number (last 4 digits)
   5. Date and time of transaction
   6. Type of transaction
   7. Amount of transaction
   8. Details of transaction (for example when and how it happened)
3. Visit any of our 28 branches. Please refer to Locate Our Branches & SME Centres for the addresses and operating hours.

Our staff will contact you for further details to aid our investigation into the suspected scams, fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
