• Type of Loan Facilities:
  • Inventory / Stock Financing
  • Structured Pre-Delivery Working Capital
  • Factoring (with Recourse)/ AR Discounting
• Maximum Loan Tenure: 12 months with maximum door-to-door period of 18 months from risk attachment
• Risk Sharing Percentage:
  • Standard: 50% (EnterpriseSG)
  • Young Enterprise*: 70% (EnterpriseSG)

* Entities incorporated not more than 5 years with at least 1 employee and individuals (at one level up) owned more than 50% equity.

Eligibility

• Business entity that is registered and operating in Singapore
• Minimum 30% local shareholdings (Singaporean or Singapore PRs)
• Group's annual turnover not exceeding S$500 million
